ENHITECH Selected for 2025 Public-Private Open Innovation Support Program

Comprehensive evaluation of technological capability, demonstration potential, and commercialization prospects in semiconductor process wastewater reuse

ENHITECH Co., Ltd. has been selected for the 2025 Public-Private Open Innovation Support Program.

This selection reflects a comprehensive evaluation of the technological capability, field applicability, and commercialization potential of ENHITECH’s UV Advanced Oxidation Process (UV AOP)-based semiconductor process wastewater reuse technology currently under development.

The Public-Private Open Innovation Support Program is a government-industry collaborative initiative that promotes the demonstration and commercialization of new technologies. Participating companies are selected based on comprehensive criteria including technological applicability, market potential, and public benefit.

Through this program, ENHITECH plans to:

  • Address the growing demand for ultrapure water and wastewater reuse in semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Expand demonstration of UV AOP-based refractory organic compound removal technology
  • Accelerate upgrades to high-efficiency water treatment product lines, including TOC-UV systems

The company also aims to strengthen partnerships with collaborating organizations and large enterprise partners, with the goal of expanding applications beyond semiconductors to industrial complexes and advanced manufacturing processes.
