Over the past decade, we have invested over 100 billion won through national project funding and our own resources to develop the first domestic semiconductor ultrapure water facilities, which were previously dependent on Japanese imports, in line with national policy.
In addition, we successfully developed advanced oxidation facilities using UV (UV AOP) for water purification and wastewater reuse — supported by Korea Water Resources Corporation and the Ministry of Environment — at the same time as U.S.-based Trojan, the company that first pioneered UV-based advanced oxidation. ENHITECH is now one of only three companies worldwide to hold this technology.
These facilities are being supplied to the world’s largest water purification plants and numerous major facilities. We have also successfully developed advanced TOC reduction treatment facilities for wastewater treatment plants using medium-pressure UV technology.
Over approximately five years, we obtained U.S. UVDGM and German DVGW certifications for each model. Our solutions are currently being delivered to facilities including Hyundai Green Power’s byproduct gas condensate TOC treatment facility and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power’s decontamination facility for oxalic acid treatment.
Recently, we have been actively pursuing market expansion into North America, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia. Following our spin-off from Ecoset Co., Ltd., we have secured a stable growth foundation through a joint venture with SK ecoplant and private fund investment.
Going forward, ENHITECH will continue to develop its unrivaled advanced technologies, and we commit to becoming a leading global company in the fields of advanced oxidation treatment (UV AOP) and semiconductor ultrapure water TOC reduction.
Thank you.
